Ok, Same thing happened again. I checked the MD5 to make sure the file is not corrupted and followed the procedure to upgrade the device. Still it did the same thing like it gave a couple of reboots, ran through the whole process and is still sitting...
I tried to do go through the document, It looks like no step upgrade is required when going from ce 9.3.2 to ce 9.15.3.22, Can you please advise on this?
