关于使用超级终端XMODEM 无法传送文件至CISCO 2960

在配置完CISCO2960 交换机之后，使用#copy xmodem:  system:running-config 后，提示  %error opening xmodem在传送文件时，也是提示远程系统没有响应。请问是哪里的问题？哪里设置不对？
