We have connected the PC port and Network port of one SX80 to the Switch accidentally.Customer Claims that The switch went down because of this reason.Is this possible to cause?

to call from outlook client,simply can seach for the email contact and click to dial would work right?

As far as i know normally active directory users will be synchronised with outlook client.But the requirment here is only microsoft CRM should be synchonished with outlook client.researching on it.
