As the Community Manager for Korean language community, my main focus is to provide timely support and great digital experience for the members. I am a positive thinker who loves meeting people from around the world as well as working with a multinational team. Prior to joining Cisco in 2021, I worked in various companies and areas including user support, community management, marketing & public relations and business development. I am looking forward to meeting & knowing people through this awesome community!
