In some instances I have seen that when a meeting gets cancelled, and I select the "Remove from Calendar" in Outlook, the meeting gets removed from the Outlook calendar but remains...
Just curious,
What are the most frequent arguments against implementing WebEx that you have run in to?
Are they more related to technical functionality? or are they based on other factors like finances, ties with other vendors etc.?

In my humble opinion the most critical aspect is the buy-in from leadership, if you don't have the support from the c-level executives it will be very hard to have a successful adoption.
