Finally find the solution, I have re-created the admin user of the AP from the WLC : config ap mgmtuser add username <myUser> password <myPassword> enablesecret <myEnablePassword> <myApName>and now, when I connect to my AP, I can run config terminalT...

Oh, you mean 18 AP device you able to config t and make config changes ? and 19th one you not able to change the config ?Yes WLC is Model 2504 running 8.0.140.0 version

Have 19 AP WLC based with the same WLC and was able to do it on all of them except this one.My real problem is I can't go to the 'Configure Terminal' environment on this one AP
