We have troubleshot the following points.1) we have reset and reconfigured the device.2) upgrade the software version.3) set default call protocol on " Auto "4) current software version is Room os 10.3.4note: this device is a standalone device 
Can I register Cisco TelePresence MX300 on the Webex cloud?if Supported on Webex cloud please share the software version and link.
We have lost codec c90 GUI Web interface password.please share how i can change codec GUI password?
