direct call not working on cisco Room kit plus device

We have troubleshot the following points.

1) we have reset and reconfigured the device.

2) upgrade the software version.

3) set default call protocol on " Auto "

4) current software version is Room os 10.3.4

note: this device is a standalone device

Set the default call protocol to H.323 rather than "Auto".  Make sure you have all the other "standalone" settings properly configured.  See the SX20 as Standalone Thread for examples.
