Any alternatives to priming a 3702 series AP in autonomous mode. AirProvision not available anymore

Is this app no longer available? Is there any workaround on this matter. I have a couple of 3700 series autonomous firmware AP's that need priming so that 5ghz could be enabled and full power utilized. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
