Can a FEX N2K-C2232TM-E-10GE port do jumbo packets?

Hello, I have a Fabric Extender N2K-C2232TM-E-10GE plugged into a Nexus C9372PX. When I try to do the MTU 9216 command on a FEX port, it says its not allowed on extension ports. Does that mean jumbo packets are not possible on the FEX at all? Thank y...

I am trying to connect a Nexus C9216YC-X to a 2348TQ-E fex. The "install feature-set fex" is not an available command on the  C9216YC-X.
