I am having issues with calls getting disconnected on Final Transfer after Consult on WebRTC from WxCC Desktop.  Has anyone come across this issue.  Codecs looks good for all the legs of the call
Agents would like to be able to Set Filter by Duration and Interval on All Historic Stats under the Agent Performance Statistics.  The Filter only Shows for Agent Stats - Historic and Agent Stats by State - Historic.  It does not show for Team Stats ...
