Does anyone know if I can install CER 1.2.1 with call manager 4.1.3. Then upgrade to 1.3.1 via the download.I know that you need the cd's for the full install, but the cd's that I have are for 1.2.1. Not compatible with ccm 4.1.3

Yogi,When using EM with an icd agent is there any information that supports the best way to configure with an ICD agent. Need to know how to associate the EM profile to the RMuser.
