Hello , It turns out it was our fault, since the team was only testing with one user on one clan, but when we tested other users on multiple vlans it all worked perfectly.Regards ,

Hello , Thanks for responding .As for the error it's not an error message but the users can connect to the WIFI but they dont get an IP address and in the ise it shows authenticated and i can see the user on the WLC . Regards ,

Hello , i changed the syntax and it worked , the problem is i was using wildcad mask and all i had to do is to use regular mask . regards ,
