Was able to fix this by clearing cache and reloading the page...or more specifically, navigating to a page that throws the error above and pressing Shift+F5. Worked for my coworkers as well.

Contacted Support about this and they've confirmed an ongoing investigation into slowness on several shards today, not just n426. No ETA on a resolution yet.Suspect we'll see something on status.meraki.net soon.
