I upgrade to 21H2, and still get the same problem.I had KB5010342 update before I upgraded to 21H2, but I think it would be deleted automatically when I upgraded to 21H2 right?

I also tried to add another admin.user, and install cisco anyconnect, but I got same problem.

I open msconfig.exe and under services, I see Cisco Anyconnect is disabled. And I can't enable it. I tried upgrading Win10 to the most updated version, but the issue is still not fixed.

Nope, it only happens to this particular PC as I just tried with a different PC and it works fine..

I dont think i have access to download DART, I had my cisco client downloaded from my University website, and they dont have DART.
