When adding media servers to vsom the servers are not coming back green, they are orange with this error message. I have manually checked the media servers and everything looks fine. Any suggestions?

How long did you hold the mode button? For me it came up to a : prompt. I only experienced holding the mode button for 10 seconds and it will reset the switch in the past but no luck today.
I just started getting this error on multiple switches on different browsers. I have also deleted temp files and cookies and problems seems to still exist.
