I was able make this work in a lab environment. I used the same WLAN for local and FlexConnect. () In the WLAN I checked "FlexConnect Local Switching"() I used two different AP Groups under the WLAN tab for local and flex. I'm not sure this is need.....

changing the call start on voice class h323 1 worked!It looks like the our provider only supports g711 and g729. We are currently using g711should I try to change the codec on the multisite dial peers or leave the h323 setting in place?
