What switch can use the SRR- command to set the weight?

I have the Cisco SG350-10MP switch and I want to set 3 separate ports to only have access to 30% of the bandwidth. At any given moment, my total bandwidth may fluctuate. I know how to set a down load and upload rate limit. however, I don't want a fix...
