I tried asking support and got the boilerplate response. How long do we have to wait to get better backup and restore options? I cannot believe that it is that difficult to allow an export/import with a long password to an arbitrary location...
When I submitted a ticket to support about it they just said there were 40 RDP logins with our IKEY. They didn’t tell us which specific machines they were seeing, so there’s really not much I can action there.
