I have QPM 4.1(3) and I have a large number of devices that are stuck in discovery. I can't do anything with them. How do i either remove them or have then discovered?chris

Please for the IC_Server.log file. Also it might help you see the issue better to do a packet capture from the device center then do a sync archive on that device and see the packets going back and forth.Chris
thanks for pointing me in the correct direction. I checked the logs and I was getting SNMP timeouts. I upped the SNMP timeout value and it is now working.chris
