One ASR1001-X router having IOS 16.12.05 need to reboot to restore internet connectivity for user .Zone based firewall is configured for security with IPSEC .NAT overload is configured . Please let me know if you want any tech logs .
For one Cisco ASR1001-X router , we want to use one of the inbuit TenGig port . Kindly let me know what is the maximum throughput supported without having "Throughput_2.5G-20G " license .
During the outage we checked the NAT configuration ,ZBS configuration and found OK . Removed and re-apply the same, finally rebooted to bring back the services . However the past logs was not captured .
