After configuring MWI ephone-dn for voice mail, a command "application ccn" gets added under all ephone-dn's upon restart engaging all the extensions such that no calls can be made from the phones.can someone help me out.

i think i replied to the wrong topic. for speed dial back up in cisco ccme.For cisco ccme, u only need to save the running config and the speed dials and directory will rebuild when u copy back the running configs.
