I recently unmanaged a few devices within the on-prem collector, however the unmanaged devices still appear in the web portal for services.cisco.com. How do force changes to replicate to the cloud?  Common Service Platform Collector 2.10(CSPC)

While trying to change the alert status for some Field Notices, I received the following error any work arounds?  
When I login to the SNTC there are no devices showing in the portal. However, when i access the collector everyting is listed.I think my account is linked to the wrong company, how can I change my company assignment for the SNTC portal?
When I attempt to register for the Smartnet Total Care I receive an error message oops something went wrong try again later. I have tried for a over a week now but the error persists. Any Advice?
