@Jens Albrecht I know that. There's nothing about LAG there. You can call it a bug, but that's how it has been working on CISCO SB switches for many years.

I believe you use CBD to manage that switch. If that's true, I suggest you try the Web UI to do the upgrade just in case something went wrong in CBD. Make sure to copy the running configuration into the startup configuration before you do it.
