Nexus 5548 firmware 5.2(1)N1(9b) missing

Hello,In order to perform an upgrade,I'm following an upgrade path but I'm stuck...I can't get this firmware in the official cisco site5.2(1)N1(9b)Anyone know a workaround ?I'm currently at 5.1(3)N2(1) and I'm trying to reach 7.3(7)
