Nexus 5548 firmware 5.2(1)N1(9b) missing

In order to perform an upgrade,

I'm following an upgrade path but I'm stuck...

I can't get this firmware in the official cisco site

5.2(1)N1(9b)
Anyone know a workaround ?
I'm currently at 5.1(3)N2(1) and I'm trying to reach 7.3(7)

Hi,

If 5.2(1)N1(9b) is not available online, open a ticket with Cisco. They should have access to older versions.
