If they are hardwired then that explain why they are bypassing everything and joining without any iPSK. Depending on how the result conditions are set, but they they are not hitting ISE at all then there is something else going on.
Not sure what you mean by that. I have had to set up an external Radius server and will have to use a Autho rule to point it that way. Feel free to DM me.
