I was able to fix the problem by manually inputting a windows TFTP server and flashing 7.6 SCCP firmware then reattaching to the UCM. Everything working now! john

Thanks for the reply! I'll give it a shot when I can get to the phone later today.Curious though...the phone has MGCP Config below the Network Settings and when I watch it on the router it's looking for MGCDefault.cnf and MGC[mac].cnf...Either way, ...
