a client has the same error while the agent had been "idle" since it was put into 'Not Ready' state 2 minutes, 30 seconds ago.
how long is the "Idling" state considered typically? because 5-10 minutes can be normal.
CUCM Version is 12.5, UCCX is 12.5SU3.
yes I restarted services then the whole servers (PUB & SUB). cluster Master is PUB. agents are logged in to the PUB.
