Thanks for the help!It was the IOS version. We had a V2 WIC card for the second WIC. When I upgraded the IOS the router recognized the card and everything worked.

Thanks for the help. I had not set a default gateway for the tunnel traffic. Once I did that everything worked fine.

Thanks for the info.I tried telneting and that did not work either. I also tried to just ping that IP with no success. DNS seems to work since I ping a dns name and it resolves it to a ip address but I get a request timed out.
