Hi,trying to join a LAP1242 to a WLC 5508 for first time.I am getting this error at the AP log. The Controller 5508 has the Policy to accept self SSC APs activated, even so I get this error...may you help? thanks!!It is not an autonomous AP converted...
Hiwhat if the Joint Point is added and operational, the AD user group added to it also, the policy condition searching the proper group, but still get that error? might be a problem in the AD Group creation&definition as "global" instead of "local" ...
one question..if we have two WLCs part of the same mobility group but in different management subnets , can they still have the same virtual IP address (non routed, not pingable) and perform the inter controller roaming (L2 roaming) correctly?
First, interface settings wizard is not shown, so I dont really know if I can configure VLAN numbers, access or trunks on the switchports as per my existing VLANs in the campus network... think I just want to extend this to a remote office or perhaps...
