How is it even possible that a company as big as CISCO does not have CAD drawings of their products?We know you are not building them with Visio. You make it very difficult for use to place your products in our enclosures.
They don't care about your packaging problems. I have fought with them for 20 years. They don't care. If my customer didn't insist on them, I would have dumped them long ago.
