Another cad drawing request

Reading through existing CAD request replies has me confused.

Why does it seem so difficuilt to obtain CAD drawings for Cisco products?

This is a basic offering with every other manufacturer. As others have mentioned, we need for accurate dimensions, mounting and placement within equipment. In our case, we are designing equipent for an integrator and do not plan to purchase the product. The integrator will eventually purchase specified material based off our design. Numerous contact with support addresses and filling out online forms has resulted in run-around and frustration over request for basic information.

Can someone from Cisco direct us to CAD drawings?

We are in immediate need for CAD drawings for the following devices:

IE-3400H-8FT-A

IE-3400H-16FT-A

IE-3400H-24FT-A

They don't care about your packaging problems.  I have fought with them for 20 years.  They don't care.  If my customer didn't insist on them, I would have dumped them long ago.
