You can run this as a linear ADM using POS. Take the ONS product connect the dark fiber and map the STS's that they need to the appropiate Electrical cards and Ethernet Cards.James KetnerATT Design Engineer Optical

Flucuations could also be coming from your fiber plant. We have seen many issues when there are spans of aerial fiber and the right weather conditions. I would make sure that you are not seeing any bends or breaks that are occuring.
