I have several VLANs on a C3750G switch set up for routing. I VLAN2 to be able to access VLAN3, but VLAN3 to not be able to access VLAN2. Since reflexive ACLs and dynamic ACLs are not support on the C3750G, how do I do this?

I have a Catalyst 3524XL that won't process flash_init. There doesn't appear to be anything in the Flash directory. How do I reload the newest flash image onto this switch?
