Corrupted Catalyst 3500XL

I have a Catalyst 3524XL that won't process flash_init. There doesn't appear to be anything in the Flash directory. How do I reload the newest flash image onto this switch?

Hi Greg,

If 3500 is not in rommon work its more easy. Just format the flash once with format flash: and then assign an ip address on your switch if you don't have and copy the image via tftp and set the boot path and you are done.

If you are in rommon do it via xmodem.
