Hi Michal,You can either write TAPI/JTAPI application. Using TAPI application you should be able to answer incoming call and play wave file(s) to caller.

I assume you already know about converting GIF into cip. What you will need to do is change the image size smaller. Use "CiscoIPPhoneImage" tag to display image. This will allow you to set (x,y) coordinates.
