Playing a sound file to a caller...

Hi, I need to accept incoming call and play some sound file to caller; we are using Cisco Call Manager 4.0. I tried to use MediaTerminalConnection, but cisco did not implemented its methods for playing, so I cannot use it :-(. Can someone tell me how to do it? thanks...

Hi Michal,

You can either write TAPI/JTAPI application. Using TAPI application you should be able to answer incoming call and play wave file(s) to caller.
