I was wondering how much cpu usage it would take to put encryption on our call manager 4.1.3.... we are having people use arp poisioning to record conversations and has knocked down the call manager.

hello We have call manager 4.1 at our school...the problem i am having is that kids are finding some unsecured phones and dialing 911..when i go to cdr to look at records sometime the file is to big... is there an easier way to find which 7940 or 796...

ok this is a bit weird... had superuser rights for CDR but know when i log into CDR i dont have the ability to run reports... anyone know how to reset these rights?thanks

What would be the easiest way to add departments on to users after users are already set up... i was thinking the BAT tool but was seeing if there were a easier way... I am thinking of using the Attendant Console but only if I can put users in differ...
