We have a internal node in the environment and our IPS is catching in the event logs stating it is sending traffic to victim ip 0.0.0.0. I am assuming that 0.0.0.0 means a broadcast, is this correct?

try config t int gi0/0/0mtu ? -i know from switching side some of the newer blades we ordered on the 6509s didnt allow the jumbo mtu option, we have to use our old blades to set mtu higher than 1500, i am not sure on the ASRs HTH
