I have 7 jabber users experiencing this. When they go to conference someone in and hit the green button, the call will drop. Any ideas where to look?

Is there a way for a UCCX user to have the supervisor capability view but for only see the queue data for the team that they are a part of? Right now if the user has supervisor capabilities, they see the entire organization in queue data. I am on ver...
