Yes, it works, you have to apply the followings for that particular phones:
Create Voice register template
Add the command next to the Phone Model on every Voice register pool (every phones)

I have Installed Windows 8.1 recently, and I have discovered that the the Manufacture name (Cisco) is not on the list. So can you please tell me how to add (Cisco) on the Manufacture list? Thanks
