Jabber for MAC and outlook contact sync

Hello,I'm implementing Cisco Jabber on prem.Users who own Windows machines have a perfect sync between outlook contacts and Jabber.I cannot have the outlook directories synced for users who own MAC.Could anyone help me out?thank you
