We have WebEx on prem 2.0.1.507.B-AE. Someone here recently set up meetings for the year 2018. When she goes to the WebEx site and tries to search by date, the meetings do not appear. She cannot make necessary changes.

We are using WebEx 2.0.1.507 (on premise). Whenever a WebEx user has a change to his or her email address (change in domain, or name change due to marriage), s/he loses the ability to change or host the meetings that were set up under the old email ...

She is delegate for one person who is inactive, but she does not do any work on/for his calendar. But I reactivated that person anyway, but to no avail. Same problem persists.

Dejan, We don't have an "Anyone Can Share" option under Participants. We have "Assign Privileges" which brings up a set two tabs with check boxes, but none of these checkboxes applies.Could it be somewhere else? Diane
