We have WebEx version 2.0.1.507.B-AE. Our system settings allow any meeting participant to be presenter by pressing the Make Me the Presenter button.
Without changing the overall system settings, is it possible for a host to disallow participants from grabbing presenter privileges for a specific meeting?

Hi Diane,
You can't configure this setting when scheduling a meeting. However, when the host is in the meeting itself, it can go to Participant section of the top menu and uncheck the option "Anyone Can Share". This will prevent other users from taking the presenter ball.
I hope this is what you want to achieve.

Dejan,
We don't have an "Anyone Can Share" option under Participants. We have "Assign Privileges" which brings up a set two tabs with check boxes, but none of these checkboxes applies.
Could it be somewhere else?

Hi Diane,
Unfortunately, my original test was on CWMS 2.5.1.29 using CWMS 2.5 client and not on CWMS 2.0.1.507 version that you have deployed.
I've just ran the test on 2.0 client version, and sadly, 2.0 clients don't have this option available.
To be able to use this feature you would need to update to CWMS 2.5 version level.
