Anyone else experience this?  Conference/Transfer popped up window on Cisco 9951 phones would freeze and stayed on the screen even after the conference/transfer has been made?  Does this mean the phone hardware is faulty?Thanks

Is there way to force the phone to do firmware update?The phone's pop up window won't go away after a conference attempt which doesn't seem to happen on other 9951s.
