We have a cat 8500 which initially came with T2 license , we want to upgrade it to T3 and we have T3 license available in our smart account .. what is the process to upgrade the license , can we do it from Cat8500 GUI ?

We have two hubs for a spoke , when HUB1 goes down , HUB2 will be preferred but when HUB1 is back online will traffic shift back to HUB1 ? or it will continue to follow HUB2 path ?
We replaced our MR42's with Ci9164 MR(We are not running 6GHZ , since that option is not available in india) and also upgrade our DIA circuit to 1Gig.. the Speed on LAN is 800Mbps but on WIFI is 300Mbps..Any thoughts what could be causing this ?
