The AP seems to have some security function which scrambles the ports used so it's impossible to have a server on the inside. Any solution to this problem?

Yeah, I'm currently at the LAN. However we didn't receive the two 24port CISCO switches. But we did get one extreme 48port summit and two 16-port D-link switches.
