Hi, does the VPN disconnect only during the first few connection attempts, or does it keep disconnecting every few minutes even after the connection is established?
i think you must configure the destination domain in ESA with TLS Support = Required in Destination Controls so the ESA bounces the email if TLS is not available. Give it a try.
