CUPS 8.5.2 and CUCPC 8.5.1.18771, unable to get the status of hard phone off / on hook

Hiwe have CUCM 8.5.1 , CUPS 8.5.2 and CUCPC 8.5.1.18771 , we are able to login to CUPC but we are unable to get the hardphone status on the like , on phone.
